Standing resolutions.
Res. T-1. Resolved, on what the network carries
RESOLVED, that the network's work is to find, rule on and seat a preceptor or a field site for each member in a program on its roll, together with the affiliation, credential and compliance paperwork each placement demands. RESOLVED FURTHER, that the network is independent: no university, licensing board or accrediting body is part of it, endorses it or sponsors it.
Res. T-2. Resolved, on what it will not
RESOLVED, that no file is opened for a grade, for a preceptor picked by name, for a site the handbook excludes, or where the supervision rule cannot be satisfied; and that each refusal is said on the floor before a file opens and before a fee is named.
Res. T-3. Resolved, on what a member undertakes
RESOLVED, that a member states the program and the term truthfully, sends documents when the marshal calls for them, and attends the hours the file seats; and that a placement lost to a false statement or to absence is not the network's to replace.
Res. T-4. Resolved, on the quote
RESOLVED, that every quote is put in writing before the file opens, that it moves only if the placement itself moves, and that the quote names the payment date and the refund owed if no placement can be seated.
Res. T-5. Resolved, on closing a file
RESOLVED, that either side may close a file by notice; that work already done is charged as the quote said; and that documents already lodged with a school stay where they are unless the school asks for their return.
