Res. P-1. Resolved, on what the file records
RESOLVED, that a member's file records a name and a way to reach them, the program, the state, the term date, and whatever the member tells the desk about the placement. RESOLVED FURTHER, that once a site is signed the file takes in only the documents the school and the site demand: agreement, preceptor credentials, compliance items, hour logs, evaluations. The network sells nothing and records nothing a placement does not need.
Res. P-2. Resolved, on who reads it
RESOLVED, that three people on the floor may open a file: the ruling delegate, the carrying marshal, and the head of member care. RESOLVED FURTHER, that no site hears a member's name before the member approves the shortlist, and that a school is sent the packet its template calls for and nothing else.
Res. P-3. Resolved, on how long the roll keeps it
RESOLVED, that a file stands for the term and for the audit window the program allows after it, and is then closed, its documents destroyed or handed back as the school's rule says.
Res. P-4. Resolved, on what a member may ask
RESOLVED, that any member may see the file, correct it, or have a closed file destroyed ahead of time, by calling the desk or writing through the contact page; the marshal who carried the file answers.
Res. P-5. Resolved, on this website
RESOLVED, that the site holds only what the forms and the live chat need: the message, the page it was typed on, and a browser token so the chat survives a page change; and that no advertising tracker runs here.
