Two files. File A belongs to the member with a date to hit; File B to the university, health system or agency with a cohort to seat. A marshal answers both inside one working day, and no site hears a name until the shortlist is approved.

File A

A professional.

NP, DNP, MSN, RN-to-BSN, MSW, counseling, MPH and MHA placements.

A marshal answers within one working day. No site hears your name until you approve the shortlist.

Off the record
Your name, program and school stay off the record. A placement is your report to file, never the network's promotion.
File B

An institution.

File B seats a cohort. One marshal answers for all of it, your own templates come back filled, compliance is finished before orientation, and your placement office reads the bulletin every Friday.
